For 25 years, Beatrix von Conta has been questioning, in different forms and approaches, the contemporary landscape, noting, without nostalgia, the subtle or striking signs of an ongoing transformation. Her detached but sensitive approach invites the viewer to reflect on the infinite fragility of a territory and its landscapes. Her gaze, attentive to the smallest detail, seeks to transpose the notion of stratification, of a mille-feuille landscape, in which each layer, associated and compacted with the others, determines what emanates from the image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
