Pierre Redon, vit et travaille à Faux-La-Montagne. Il explore le champ de la création sonore à travers une production artistique multiforme. D’abord musicien et compositeur, il élargit très vite sa pratique aux champs des arts plastiques, du cinéma, ou de recherches anthropologiques et se questionne en particulier sur la relation du son dans le paysage. En 2006, il crée le projet hybride Marche Sonore qui articule ces liens entre un travail cartographique, documentaire, sonore, et l’expérience sensible du lieu.
Tülü
Pierre Redon
Tülü is a transdisciplinary and participatory project conceived by artist Pierre Redon, combining visual and musical creation. It draws inspiration from the philosophy and manufacturing technique behind a Turkish nomadic rug of the same name.
This edition consists of several elements produced around the Tülü creation in a book object, an artist's book. It followed on from various events that were carried out with several partners, such as the creative residency at the Borie Foundation in Limousin, the production of hair in Turkey, the exhibition at the CIAP in Vassivière, the weaving of the graphic score with Néolice in Felletin, the Rencontres de Tülü in partnership with the Cité Internationale de la Tapisserie et de l'Art Tisse, the Scène Nationale d'Aubusson, and the Tülü Colombia Tour.

The Sounds of the Borderlands is the third Sound Walk created by artist Pierre Redon on the theme of water. This monumental work offers an initiatory journey in eight stages along the Vienne and Loire rivers, for a sonic and visual immersion drawing on the collective imagination and mythologies of our society.
Like a rite of passage for self-discovery and a sensory voyage, The Sounds of the Borderlands is a multifaceted work blending documentaries, photographs, installations, ceramics, cartography, ceremonies, an artist's book, and sound creations for public spaces.
Thanks to the kit, which includes a photographic book, a tarot deck, and a mediation journal, everyone can experience, listen to, and see The Sounds of the Borderlands in conjunction with the smartphone app.
